Our stunning Spa Haus combines a Royal Summer House and hot tub area all in one building! The Royal has the standard layout of double doors and 4 windows (you choose the position). The hot tub area comes with a fully decked floor and has a choice of open side and open front or enclosed side and open front. The open section could also be used for a chill-out space, outdoor furniture or BBQ area. 
We highly recommend you add a Firestone Rubber roof on models 10ft or above, this material is totally impervious, maintenance-free and removes the need for a re-felt. There are so many variations for the Spa Haus we have just chosen a few to show you and give you an idea of price. For simplicity we have kept the indoor and decked area as equal sizes but the widths can vary. For example if you wanted a 12x12 indoor area and a 10x12 decked area this is possible you decide what works for your garden the best. These are priced as 12mm cladding with open side and open front for the decking area an enclosed side is also an option. The base is also included in the prices listed.
 
A tanalised timber Airtech base must be ordered to cover the full size of the Spa Haus plus extension due to the decked floor in the hot tub/open area (included in the price). Choose the size of your main building (Spa Haus) and add on the side extension for your hot tub. Add on the Spa Haus extension
